Traditional spot checks and walkovers have been the norm, but we advocate for remote continuous monitoring as a more effective and cost-efficient solution. This real-time approach captures emission trends that may be missed with spot checks, while reducing the need for site visits, lowering both CO2 emissions and operational costs.

Using advanced NDIR (Non-Dispersive Infrared) sensor technology, our devices gather precise data for reporting, plant efficiency, or leak detection. By placing our innovative devices at site locations, we’re able to use a data-driven approach
to continuously monitor N2O, CH4, CO2, HC and water vapour.

Install our devices at site locations. Alator can advise on optimum placement and assist with installation.

 

03 Import

External data such as local weather parameters can be imported to our database via API.

 

04 Analyse

Data is analysed and presented via our online dashboard, which features a variety of graphical and statistical tools. Automated alerts can be set for specific concentration values, providing real-time site information.

 

05 Report

A monthly report is provided, detailing the emissions profile for each location along with a site-wide breakdown, helping to identify sources of GHGs. An Environmental Engineer is available to walk you through the data and offer expert advice when needed.

 

06 Action

Utilise data-driven insights to reduce your GHG footprint by prioritising locations for inspection, altering operational processes, adjusting plant conditions, and implementing meaningful changes.
